Isn’t this place also on Geocities?

Yes, that is correct. However, Geocities is shutting down its free hosting service. In order to keep this information on the web, I am moving to WordPress. Please bear with me as I get all the information, graphics, etc. moved here.

Welcome to Ker-Fluff!, one of the few places where extensive information on the SNES game Sailor Moon: Another Story can be found. From walkthroughs and game controls to translations and character statistics, Ker-Fluff! brings out all the details any good game guide should have. To bring you the best information possible, the walkthroughs are not links to the ones found on Game FAQs, but are written as the game is played. This means first-hand notes and comments that can help you conquer the game.

As a fair warning, it is impossible to read a walkthrough without spoiling the game. These occcurences are called “spoilers.” It is where you find out about an event or place before experiencing it. Walkthroughs are spoilers, so if you have not played the game, you will be reading future game events that you might wish to experience without prior knowledge of the outcome. Consider yourself warned – if you don’t want spoilers, don’t use a walkthrough.

Yeah, I’m not sure about putting this all on wordpress, even though I’ve already moved everything over here. There are a few reasons, the main one being that wordpress doesn’t do much, if ANY, advertising, provides a fairly clean look, and is easy for me to update.

The reason that Kerfluff has moved in the first place, though, is that Geocities is closing down it’s free hosting service – meaning I was/am in need of a new host if I was to keep this information online. I’ve looked at various free hosting services, and while there were several that appeared promising, I either didn’t like the amount of ads that they displayed on the hosted sites, or in the case of Sailormoon-related webhosting, Kerfluff was neither relevant to what they were looking to host nor am I a friend with the particular people in question who were offering to host.

I realize that wordpress is indeed meant for blogs. Kerfluff has not, nor do I intend for it to be, a blog. At most, it will become a “blog” via updates as new posts… And I think I showed on the Geocities version how little I do update.

At this point, there is actually very little I can do to add information to Kerfluff. While I do plan on fully updating the sprite pages, posting maps of various areas, and making a list of chests, among a few other things, that is about all that is left of this project.

So what’s in Kerfluff’s future? I’m not too sure. I have considered doing walkthroughs for or grabbing sprites from other Sailor Moon games which don’t appear to have much information about them, mostly because they were never translated from Japanese. Since my Japanese is, at best, very shaky, the idea of playing those doesn’t appeal to me a whole lot, as there would be a lot of guesswork involved. Such a move would take away from Kerfluff’s focus on BSSM:AS, which I am hesitant to do.

Anyway, rest asssured that the general idea of Kerfluff has not and is not going to change.

Here at Kerfluff!, comments are moderated. This means that before your comment will ever show up on any page, I have to read it and approve it. This is done to ensure the site doesn’t get flooded with spam-comments.

Though I personally don’t mind, strong language is discouraged. Why? This is a Sailor Moon site – while many fans of Sailor Moon are older teens and adults, there are still children who find and enjoy Sailor Moon.

“First comment!” comments will have the “First comment!” part of them editted out. Of course, if that’s your entire comment, your comment will just be deleted outright.
